USE: Bite protection from toothy fish is the main/ideal purposes of this leader wire. It’s a hard wire that offers bite protection (or prevents break offs) from toothy fish cutting the connection between your lure and your line, from such species as shark (salt) to pike/muskie (fresh). Stiff but strong wire used for bite traces. Recommend haywire twist or alb testright knot. SIZE: #5 = 44lb test / 20kg test. The wire measures .014"/0.36mm. The package includes 472.5ft/317m of wire. COLOR: Camouflaged brown finish vanishes in deep water. MATERIAL: Type 304 stainless steel alloy is hard, but not brittle, and delivers the perfect combination of flexibility and strength. Refunds
