Description: -Water-free, silicone-free, stabilized vitamin C suspension -Vitamin C is an effective antioxidant, and its pure form, ascorbic acid, improves various symptoms of skin aging and is known to have a whitening effect when applied topically. -This water-free, silicone-free formula provides 23% pure ascorbic acid, making it a completely stabilized, water-free formula. -Contains hyaluronic acid particles to smooth the skin surface and enhance the effect of vitamin C. - It is best to apply before bedtime. Note: Since this form of formula contains a very fine powder of ascorbic acid and your skin will directly absorb a very high concentration of vitamin C, the following two points must be taken into account. 1) It does not irritate the skin for 1-2 weeks until skin tolerance develops, but there may be a very strong tingling sensation. 2) As a powder type product, the texture is different from serum, lotion or cream, and it may take a few seconds to feel absorbed into the skin. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
