Kopaka was one of six Bionicles released in 2002 from the Toa Nuva theme.
This
set comes complete but there is no original box/canister or instructions or spare pieces. Instructions can be found at:

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software.
