U.K Mainland ONLY - Post code area restrictions apply, see below. HOW DOES THE BULK BAG DELIVERY WORK? Once your order has been processed, the delivery company will collect the goods and when they have reached your local depot (usually within 3 working days), the depot will contact you to book a convenient date for delivery. Access MUST be suitable to accommodate a rigid 16 tonne vehicle with tail-lift. We do NOT deliver with hiab or crane. You must ensure that the delivery vehicle can easily access the point of delivery and that this will be on a flat, solid, even surface. The manual pallet trucks used cannot operate on uneven surfaces such as gravel or grass, inclines or declines. The driver will endeavour to put the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. However we only guarantee kerbside delivery. The customer, or somebody appointed by the customer, should be at the delivery point to accept the delivery. Please read our 'Pallet Delivery' page, for important delivery information BEFORE purchasing. *Please Note - Aggregates are a natural product, therefore the exact colour or size can NOT guaranteed. Pictures, sizes & colour descriptions are as accurate as possible and are calculated on the average. TERMS OF DELIVERY If you wish to book your delivery for more than four working days in advance, please state your desired delivery date at the time of ordering. If no date is requested the delivery will usually take place within 4 working days. A contact telephone number MUST be entered with the delivery details, to enable the delivery company to confirm the delivery date. If a telephone number is not provided the order will remain unprocessed until a time that we are provided with one. All deliveries are made to the nearest flat kerbside. Deliveries will be made using a tail-lift and NOT on a hiab crane. All deliveries must be paid for prior to delivery, the driver will not accept any money. If the customer is away and uncontactable, the courier will attempt to leave the item in a suitable place. We are NOT responsible for goods left at your property after delivery. Access MUST be suitable to accommodate a rigid vehicle with tail-lift facility. You must ensure that the delivery vehicle can easily access the point of delivery and that this will be on a solid, even surface. The manual pallet trucks used cannot operate on uneven surfaces such as gravel or grass, inclines or declines. If the courier cannot make the delivery for reasons stated above, it will be taken back to the depot and will either be re-delivered on another day or returned to ourselves. This will incur a re-delivery charge of £40.00 (which is to be paid before the receiving the goods) or a returns fee. The returns fee is charged at the original delivery cost charged to us plus the return fee. This will vary depending on the delivery area and so will be charged accordingly. Access to the delivery point must be via a road that can accommodate a 10 tonne vehicle. Goods must be inspected before signing. Any damages to the product must be highlighted on the delivery note and given back to the driver. We will not accept any liability for damages to property caused during delivery. If an agreed delivery is broken (by you the customer) a re-delivery charge of £40.00 will apply. This must be paid to us directly before a redelivery is booked. The customer is responsible for the disposal of any pallets and bulk bags after use. The delivery can be made from 08:00 – 18:00 unfortunately we are unable to provide timed deliveries or ETA’s. The company will make every effort to deliver products on the agreed date, but this can NOT guaranteed, however 98% of orders are delivered on the day that was requested. The hauliers can experience problems on the roads due to unforeseen circumstances which can result in delays. Excludes bank holidays. + £15.00 – CA, DG, E, EC, EX, FK, G, KA, KY, LD, LL, ML, N, NW, PL, SE, SW, TA, TD, TQ, TR, W,WC

Delivery

Returns

If you've changed your mind and no longer want an item, you can still request a return, but the seller doesn't have to accept it. Sellers can provide a return postage address and additional return postage information for the buyer. Sellers pay for return postage if there's a problem with the item. For example, if the item doesn't match the listing description, is damaged or defective or is counterfeit. By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning from the day you receive, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives, the last good ordered by you (if delivered separately). This applies to all products except for digital items (e.g. Digital Music) that are provided immediately to you with your acknowledgement, and other items such as video, DVD, audio, video games, Sex and Sensuality products and software products where the item has been unsealed.

Refunds

Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
