New tapwater can contain chemicals such as chlorine, chloramine and heavy metals which are harmful to fish and require neutralisation prior to fish use. AquaPond Care Tap Water Treatment is a dechlorinator which rapidly removes chlorine, chloramine and heavy metals such as zinc and lead from tap water, allowing fresh tap water to be added directly to the pond. Using this Tap Water treatment is ideal when filling a pond after a water change, following evaporation or filling a new pond. The added Aloe vera extract adds a protective coating to protect fish.  Treating tap water before use in a pond, removing chlorine, heavy metals and adding aloe vera to protect fish. Use 25ml per 227 litres (50 gallons) 250ml bottle treats 2273 litres (600 gallons) 500ml bottle treats 4546 litres (1200 gallons) 1000ml bottle treats 9092 litres (2400 gallons) Directions for use Calculate the ponds volume in litres using the following: [Length x width x average depth (in metres)] x 1000 Shake bottle well Remove dosage chamber cap and foil seal, squeeze bottle until chamber is filled to the required level.  Add 25ml for every 227l of pond water. When carrying out a water change or top up we recommend adding Tap Water Treatment to a bucket of water and then distribute this evenly over the ponds surface. When filling up a new pond, add the required first and then add tap water. Tap Water Treatment acts instantly and makes the tap water safe for fish, we recommend that you monitor the toxic waste build up in any new pond for the first few months while it establishes.

Returns

Refunds

Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
