Everything in Ms Better’s Bitters is organic – a simple blend of botanical extracts, organic cane sugar and alcohol means a little goes a long way – and one bottle will give you endless ideas on twists on your favourite cocktails. Perfect Serve – This bitter is perfect in a Ramos Gin Fizz You Will Need: • 60mls Gin (We love Hendrick’s Lunar) • 20mls Giffard Gomme Syrup • 20mls Single Cream • 10 mls Lemon Juice • 10 mls Lime Juice • 1 Dashes Ms Better’s Bitters Orange Tree Bitters • 1 Egg White (OR Dash of Ms Better’s Bitters Miraculous Foamer) • Soda, to top Method: • Add the gin, syrup, cream, citrus juice, bitters and egg white (or foamer) to a cocktail shaker with no ice and shake for around 15 seconds. This is your dry shake. • Now add ice and shake again for a further 30 seconds. • Strain into a Collins glass • Use a little plain soda inside the empty cocktail shaker and pass it between the two halves to pick up any cream left over from the shake. Use this soda to top up your cocktail.
