Like New = disc(s) unmarked, case unmarked (As it's just been unwrapped).
Very Good = May have very faint scratches/light marks on disc (only viewable at certain angle)
Good = light to medium scratches/marks on disc
Acceptable = medium to heavy scratches/scuff marks on disc
In all cases CD/DVD/Game should play perfectly.

Returns

Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance.
