HEAVY-DUTY COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE: Engineered for the demands of busy entryways, the Dynasty Hardware 8500 Series Commercial Duty Door Closer is perfect for medium- to high-traffic doors in aluminum storefronts, restaurants, offices, and other public spaces. Built to handle doors from 30 to 240 lbs with smooth, reliable operation. EASY INSTALLATION & CUSTOM SETTINGS: This hydraulic door closer uses dual independent valves for precise control over closing and latching speeds, plus an adjustable back-check to prevent uncontrolled opening. Itâs non-handed and supports regular arm, top-jamb, or parallel arm mounting, with screw-in surface mount compatibility. Adjustable from size 1â6 (preset to 3), it uses the same mounting hole pattern as the Norton 8501 and 8301 modelsâmaking it a perfect replacement for existing installations. CERTIFIED & ADA COMPLIANT: This barrier-free door closer is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and meets ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 standards, ANSI Grades 1â3, and is UL Listed for fire door assemblies for dependable safety and performance. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer.
