I obtained this game recently and it does have the product key with it but I do not have the knowledge to know whether this can only be installed on one PC and do not know if the previous owner uninstalled the game correctly.
So please make sure you are certain that this would work on your own PC before purchase.
The condition of the item is good to very good with only a few light marks, blemishes and scratches on the disk, case and manuals.
Please carefully study the photos as they provide a detailed visual of the condition of the item as well as read the description below.

Refunds
