This Cristal Rosé is crafted using Roederer’s unique ‘infusion technique’, which brings out the ripe character whilst preserving its exceptional freshness. A delicate blend that’s composed of 54% Pinot Minor and 44% Chardonnay ferments together smoothly and harmoniously to create this full-bodied and structured wine. Louis Roederer Cristal Rose 2012 Champagne pours a light pink with golden tints and a vivacious effervescence. Delicately scented, the bouquet is incredibly tasteful, graceful and subtle. The nose exudes herbal, citrusy and fresh fragrances, along with roasted notes of almonds. The palate is lively and invigorating and the finish is smooth, long and enticing. Perfect Serve – Place the bottle in a champagne bucket filled with ice cubes and water. Leave the bottle in for 10 minutes to cool it down to 12°C (53°F) before serving. Refunds
