Located at the heart of the grain, the wheat germ contains all the elements necessary to give birth to the plant. Fresh and fragile, the germ is recovered during the grinding of the wheat, then it is delicately stabilized to guarantee its organoleptic qualities. Consumed daily, wheat germ is a nutritional ingredient that provides you with all its natural richness in antioxidants such as vitamin E and Zinc. These trace elements help protect cells against oxidative stress. Zinc associated with iron also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. As for Iron and Magnesium, they help reduce fatigue. Wheat germ is used as a condiment to sprinkle. Its cereal taste is mild. It goes well with all your preparations and is sprinkled on your salads, your vegetables or incorporated into your dairy products. 2 tablespoons per day (approximately 10g) cover at least 20% of vitamin E needs and 17% of zinc needs. Refunds
