Remove the excess fibres by hand where possible, do not use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush as this can pull and tear the fibres . The pilling will improve over time. •  For maintenance, we advise you to vacuum it very little the first month and then to vacuum it without rubbing too much always without using the brush. •  Remove any stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. •  Dry clean recommended. •  OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card.
