The tiles can go over existing flat wall tiles or straight onto a painted plastered wall or shower panel. The tiles are fully waterproof. Please note before application, let the product acclimatise in the room for 48 hours prior and allow 4 weeks for newly painted surfaces. Remove the white backing paper completely leaving the clear film around the sides, this forms a waterproof membrane behind the tiles, place the next tile over this clear film. Use silicone sealant for the outer edges, making it water tight. Avoid harsh chemicals which could damage the surface of the tiles, clean with a damp cloth. For removal use a flat headed screwdriver to carefully prise the tile away from the surface, clean any remaining residue with hot soapy water.
