The cast iron grill grid has a removable insert, compatible with Tepro's Grid-in-Grid accessories, available to purchase separately. These include a cast iron pan, pizza stone, wok, pastry inlay, Dutch Oven and poultry roaster (available to purchase separately).With the option to cook using direct or indirect heat, you can create anything from perfectly seared steaks to slow cooked, juicy ribs. The temperature in the cooking chamber can be monitored using the thermometer built into the lid. Refunds
