Weathershield Exterior Undercoat is part 2 of the 3 step Weathershield Exterior Gloss system as it is specially formulated to resist cracking, providing the perfect key for the gloss topcoat. It offers a guaranteed 6 year weathering durability when used as part of a full Weathershield exterior paint system, and correctly applied as per the instructions for use. Application Description: Apply 2 coats of Weathershield Quick Dry Undercoat to primed surfaces with a brush. Finish with 1 or 2 coats of Weathershield Quick Dry Exterior Gloss. Some dark colours may need a further coat. TIP: it is advisable to only use light colours on south facing resinous wood. Apply only in dry conditions, above 10 degrees Celsius and when bad weather is not forecast. Areas affected by mould, algae, fungi or lichen should be treated with an appropriate fungicidal wash. Prepare bare wood with Weathershield Exterior Preservative Primer+ (BP), wiping off any excess. Prepare bare metal with Dulux Primer & Undercoat for Multi Surfaces. Surface defects should be repaired using the appropriate Polycell product. 2. Cleaning: Remove paint from the brush with a cloth and then wash with water. 3. Refunds
