Glen Garioch 1797 Founder's Reserve Malt Whisky, 70 cl

The quintessential Glen Garioch, Founder’s Reserve celebrates the brothers who first established the distillery and the 200 plus years of craftsmanship that goes into every bottle that bears the Manson name. One of the oldest operating distilleries in Scotland – and its most easterly – Glen Garioch (pronounced Geery in the ancient Doric dialect still spoken in these parts) has been making its mighty malt in the quaint and historic market town of Oldmeldrum, near Aberdeen in North East Scotland, ever since 1797. Shielded from the world’s prying eyes, deep in the fertile ‘Granary of Aberdeenshire’, and only ever produced in small, precious batches. Warm amber in appearance, sweet vanilla and subtle spice combine with fruitier green apple and grapefruits on the nose. IWSC 2018 Silver outstanding, IWSC 2017 Gold Medal, ISC 2017 Gold Medal, ISC 2018 Silver In line angled terminals for easy access during installation Tamperproof front plates with a four point front plate secure connection Independent mechanical and electrical connection for enhanced safety
