Bartoline Border & Overlap Adhesive is a specially formulated adhesive for fixing decorative borders to interior surfaces, including vinyl. Possessing high grab properties, easy to apply to all borders, and can also be used to reattach torn and ripped wallcoverings, and fixing seams. For use as a Border Adhesive: Cut the border to the required length and apply adhesive along the length of border using a brush or fine spatula, spreading evenly and ensuring edges are well covered. Position border on wall and smooth down withbrush or damp sponge. Take care to remove any adhesive on the wallcovering surface by gently rubbing with a damp sponge. For use as Overlap/Repair Adhesive: Carefully apply adhesive along the length of the seam/repair. Brush down with a clean, damp sponge or paperhangers brush. Remove excess from the face of the wallcovering using a damp sponge.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
