Palmarosa and Vetiver Hand Cream - Ltd Edition This is the same product as the regular bottle of hand soap but comes in limited edition packaging created by Christian Newby. This hand cream is certified organic and is made in Norfolk by Austin Austin. The company is a joint venture between a father and daughter. Richard Austin has long been involved in the organic movement and is the founder of Rainbow Wholefoods and Kingfisher Natural Toothpaste. All of their products are tested only on humans and are vegan. Their credentials don't stop there, the boxes are made from managed forests and the bottles are made from 100% recycled material and can be further recycled. The ingredients list on the side of the box tells you exactly why that ingredient is in the product and its source, eg. Glycerin (Haranja oil, Moisturising), Lactic acid (plants, pH adjuster). This hand cream is 88.9% organic and 98.5% of natural origin. And . . . . the product is lovely. This cream is suitable for all skin types and is made for men and women. It is made with extracts of plants, grasses, seaweed and algae and has top notes of Marjoram, middle notes of palmarosa and rosemary and base notes of vetiver and lavender. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
