ETHICALLY HARVESTED: Our Ethically Harvested Lavender oil is steam-distilled from the stalks and flowering tops of the Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) plant, which has been cultivated in its own natural environment to ensure the species grows in abundance and is not depleted. This Ethically Harvested Lavender oil contains zero synthetic ingredients. HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Helpful for coughs and colds. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Inhalation: add 3 drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. In the bath: 4-6 drops per 20 ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse.
