HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Creates an uplifting and refreshing atmosphere. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil, soothing for stress-related digestive symptoms. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Helpful for oily or congested skin. Not recommended for sensitive skin. In the bath; 4-6 drops per 20 ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse.
