Travelling Man The Complete Series Brand New & Sealed Network DVD

Ex-detective inspector Alan Lomax, formerly of the Metropolitan Police Drugs Squad, has just completed a two-year prison sentence following his wrongful conviction for theft. His wife has left him, and his son, Steve, is missing, lying low on Britain's waterways. Lomax embarks on a long search for his son - and also for clues; he is determined to prove his innocence by finding the man who framed him. But Lomax knows that his new life will be anything but easy. He is still regarded with suspicion by the police, who have placed him under surveillance, and is pursued not only by members of the criminal underworld, but also by a doggedly persistent journalist named Robinson...Travelling Man was created and scripted by Roger Marshall - renowned for his contributions to The Avengers, Public Eye and The Sweeney, among many other classic series - and stars Leigh Lawson (Madame Sousatzka, Tess) as the driven, haunted Lomax. The complete series from Granada, originally screened in 1984 and 1985, is available here for the very first time on DVD.
