Add laundry, leave to soak for a few minutes then rinse thoroughly. For stains: Wet the bar and gently rub the bar into the stain, let it sit for a few minutes then rinse. Repeat if necessary. Additional information: Keeping the soap in an airtight container when dry will help prevent frost or dew appearing. Sometimes you may notice a âfrosting' or beads of water like dew on the surface of your soap bar and this is a natural reaction. The glycerin in the soap which helps to keep your hands moisturised also attracts the moisture from the air which can form on the surface of the soap. There is nothing wrong with the soap and it is safe to use. The more humid the environment the more likely you'll experience this phenomenon.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
