Discover how they make wine, ale and liqueurs on the Winery and Brewery Tour for Two. The Chiltern Valley Winery and Brewery is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty near Henley on Thames. You will be guided on a tour 'behind the scenes' where a detailed explanation of the production processes from grape pressing and fermentation to bottling and labelling are explained. After your tour you will get to enjoy a tutored tasting session which takes place in the 'Tasting Room'. You will then have the opportunity to sample 3 to 4 of each of their wines, ales and liqueurs now that you know how they are made. Their fine wines are made with English grapes from their own and other English vineyards, and their real ales are blended with the finest British hops. Their exciting range of liqueurs, made with real fruit; come in an array of unusual and unique flavours. If you want to enjoy the tasting session to its fullest it is recommended you get a taxi. You will receive 10% discount on any wines, ales or liqueurs purchased from the cellar shop on the day of your tour, so you can always take something home to enjoy later.
