It is a fast growing, bushy evergreen plant with arching branches bearing dense clusters of small deep blue flowers above dark green foliage. The thick and heavy flowering makes Ceanothus Victoria a great and versatile option for any Spring garden display and can be used for wall borders or informal hedging and screening. Refunds
