PMP run by Dave and Mandy Spencer originates from bus photo sales in Manchester in 1976, we later sold models and started filming in 1988. The transport film sales started in 1989. We now have a range of over 1000 DVD titles, they cover bus, tram, trolleybus and trucks rail. The DVDs will play in any DVD player equipped for PAL or SECAM ( NTSC areas like USA need multi format player) , and any computer worldwide. Playing time usually around an hour, they are run off to order, each a pristine copy from our master handmade just for you. We have films covering most areas of the world and regular releases detailed on our web site, trailers on Youtube.
We are hobbyists, our budget is more like a tank of fuel rather than multi million bucks for Ice Road Truckers standard, once had a complaint that a truc!

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
