In densely woven Polyester the Dorma Purity Luxury Faux Fur is easy to care for with minimal shedding. We love using Faux Furs to add a touch of luxe to cosy spaces.This is a machine-made rug. When opening, re-roll your rug pile out and leave in a warm room for 24 hours before putting in place, this will help to reduce wrinkles and curling from packing. A small amount of fibre loss is normal on a new rug. Do not pull any loose threads, please cut them carefully with scissors to remove. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this may cause fading of the colour. Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear and reduce pressure marks from furniture. Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth - do not rub as this may stain the fibres. Vacuum your rug regularly to remove everyday dirt, we recommend the use of a suction type vacuum cleaner as a rotating vacuum brush can cause damage to the pile surface. We recommend the use of an anti-slip mat beneath your rug to prevent it from slipping and sliding out of place. Latex is used on the back of this rug. Please do not leave babies or young children unsupervised on this rug.

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
