Multi-Guard ADR is a food supplement with a specialized formula of multivitamins and minerals that provides a broad and optimal combination of nutrients and plant extracts all focused to contribute to normal energy metabolism. Multi-Guard ADR contains Korean Ginseng which is one of the most studied herbs, and has a long tradition of use as an adrenal adaptogen. It has Rhodiola Rosea, the Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10), also known as ubiquinone, which is a vitamin-like substance found inside every cell in the human body and plays an important role in the release of energy, the amino acid taurine which inhibits the release of adrenaline, which is the hormone secreted by the adrenal glands under stress, vitamin C, iron, copper and zinc which contribute, among other benefits, to normal energy metabolism. All B vitamins are included, as they are recognized for their contribution to normal energy metabolism. There is a special emphasis on pantothenic acid, as it can contribute both to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness as well as normal mental performance. And finally, magnesium which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and also plays an essential role in reducing fatigue and tiredness. It is recommended to be taken preferably with breakfast and with lunch or dinner. Do not exceed the expressly recommended dose. This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, can be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Prolonged intake of this amount of vitamin B6 may cause slight tingling or numbness. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
