100 x RJ45 8P8C CAT6 FTP Connectors - With moulded bootsSupplied in Packs of 10 = 10 Packs of 10Used for - Termination connector for crimping on to the ends of CAT6 or FTP CAT6 cable. This is the standard 8P8C (eight position, eight contact) RJ45 connector, most frequently used in PC networking applications, such as connecting PCs together, or to a modem, router or switch. These connectors can be used with stranded or solid core cabling for network connections of up to 1GBps. Our connectors are FTP which means they can be connected to FTP cable to help shield the cable from interference. To make sure the shield is utilised within the cable, please make sure your RJ45 sockets in your equipment you plan to use these connectors with are shielded too.Installation – Using an RJ45 crimping tool (not included), strip the insulation from the end of a piece of CAT6 FTP cable, line up the coloured wires within to the pins, cut away some of the foil but allow it to go past the cable grip on the connector. Once the wire are all seated, squeeze the connector with a CAT5e crimp tool, which will grip and lock the wires into the connector and force down the cable grip on to the foil.Wiring - The conectors can be wired using TIA/EIA-568-A or TIA/EIA-568-B wiring configurations shown above, to create ‘Straight Through’ or ‘Cross Over’ cables.'Straight through' cables can be used for connecting a PC or games console to a Hub/Router, or, in conjunction with AV extender devices, for audio and video distribution throughout a home or commercial project. To create a 'Straight through' cable, it should be wired using the same wiring variant at both ends. Either ‘568-A to 568-A’ or ‘568-B to 568-B’Technical Information;Transparent body to aid in the fitting of wires to termination contactsSuitable for use over distances of up to 100m/328ft for networking purposes.

Returns

Refunds

Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
