Powerflex Heritage Series bushes come with a lifetime warranty and are for Road and Fast Road use only. Due to their construction and material they are not designed for Track / Motorsport use, the Black Series bushes are harder and more durable and are for this purpose. Heritage Series bushes are grey in colour, but share the same Shore rating (hardness) of their Road Series part numbers, so are not all the same hardness. Being a product for road cars, they are softer and offer better vibration properties as a result, something you are not concerned about in a focused track or race car. Powerflex manufacture their Heritage range for Classic cars and this makes them a much smaller niche product than their main stream Road Series and Black Series ranges. At very busy production times the factory will tend to prioritise the Road and Black Series products and this can cause delays in.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Delivery

Returns
Your options for returning an item vary depending on what you want to return, why you want to return it, and the seller's return policy. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
