A safe and secure metal drop box that allows you to easily receive multiple parcels when you are not at home. Measuring just over 1 metre tall, our delivery box has been manufactured from galvanised steel to ensure it is sturdy and secure. To protect from rain, this parcel box has been powder coated in a rust-resistant matt dark red paint, and the stylish curved top keeps water from sitting on the box. Delivery Box In dark red, our curved top Smart Parcel Box is both functional and stylish. It features a large letterbox, with an easy-to-use parcel chute underneath. Couriers simply place your parcel inside the delivery door, the parcel then moves down into the secure compartment below. Each box features a unique barcode to be scanned or recorded as proof of delivery by your courier. It has an anti-fishing device, meaning your parcels are kept secure and safe inside the lower compartment until you return home to retrieve them. Simply open the compartment by unlocking the door with your unique key provided. Before installing, please ensure that the fixtures and fittings supplied are suitable for your property. Each box is supplied with 3 keys. The box also includes a thick PVC cushion for the floor of the box's lower compartment to help cushion parcels when they are delivered.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
