This adaptor channel creates a neat factory finished transition from 100mm drywall, to single or double glazing. The section can be screw fixed to, and wrap around a 75mm stud wall, where the profile's thickness forms a return for our system skirting profiles to abut neatly and directly against. For single glazing clip two aluminium 35mm Single Glazing Beads into the back of the channel to accept the glass. If double glazing is required a Double Glazing Spacer channel clips directly into the middle of the back of the Adaptor Post. Glass can then be offered into from both side and Base Clip Sections fit neatly into place to securely retain the glass once the Wedge Gasket's are driven home. Glazing spacer's are available from us in a range of colours to suit your needs. A range of gaskets are available to enable the section to accommodate 10mm, 10.8mm, 12mm & 12.8mm thick glass. Frameless glazing is clean, bright, sleek and ideal for high traffic applications, meeting rooms, and office suites. Frameless glazing maximises light, in any space and features such as banded or loft style glazing are easily integrated.
