Our Dunelm grey paint primer perfectly prepares surfaces for painting. This primer allows you to achieve a smoother and more uniform paint finish by blocking stains, discolouration and irregularities on surfaces. Sponge clean, this primer is suitable for interior use only.Instructions: Remove any loose or flaking material from the surface to be primed. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, dust and dirt. Glossy or heavily sealed surfaces must be sanded prior to painting. Lightly sand wood or pvc prior to application. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable dust mask if dry sanding and take special precautions when sanding pre-1960's oil based paint surfaces as they may contain harmful lead. On metal remove any rust and clean with an alcohol based cleaner. Clean galvanised surfaces with methylated spirit. Allow the surface to dry fully before application.Storage: The product is waterbased and so must be protected from frost and extreme temperatures. To avoid the risk of spillage, always store and transport in a secure and upright position. Use within 12 months of purchase.

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
