Thuja Tiny Tim (20-30cm (Incl. Pot)) Size: 20-30cm (Incl. Pot)

A popular variety of garden shrubs, Conifers are generally known as bright and bushy plants. This is especially true for the Conifer ‘Tiny Tim’. This globe-shaped arborvitae is suitable for borders, plant tubs and rockeries. Unlike most Thuja plants, the ‘Tiny Tim’ requires pruning, but only to remove any old or dead wood. Plant in moist, well-drained soil and locate the plant in a sunny environment. In the younger development state, make sure to protect the shrub from strong and drying winds. Conifers require the occasional water, due to their hardy structure. Characteristics: The Thuja ‘Tiny Tim' is an Evergreen, globe-shaped dwarf arborvitae. The fresh green foliage is easy to trim and thrives when in non-shady conditions, with a strong preference for sandy, acidic soils. Growth & Spread: Ultimate height over the course of a 10-year period should reach up to 0.5-1m, the spread will be between 1-1.5m. Period of Interest: Year-round interest. Fresh green foliage all-year-round that is easy to trim. Water & Maintenance: Plant in well-drained, moist soil. Keep in a warm, sheltered area under full sun. Due to their hardy structure, only water regularly. Do not apply fertilizer for the first 6-8 weeks, but during February and March add some Natural Kieserite on top to improve the foliage colour.
