Raspberry Autumn Bliss, scientifically known as Rubus idaeus, is a deciduous fruit plant that is renowned as one of the best and most reliable Autumn fruiting varieties. This heavy cropper will grow large berries with a firm texture and, most importantly, excellent flavour between August - October. Its green foliage will fall away in Winter due to its deciduous nature. On top of this, they are also a great addition to culinary meals. This hardy fruit plant is a must-have for keen gardeners, regardless of their experience or skill level. The reward of growing fresh fruit from start to finish is a great feeling and one that can be done whether you choose to grow these in a wider group of plants, or in a container.
