Vaccinium corymbosum 'Goldtraube' or Highbush Blueberry is a fast growing, deciduous shrub with a spreading, upright growth habit. It is a consistently cropping blueberry variety with yields of sweet, deep blue berries. It may be used as an ornamental plant, thanks to its lovely, cup-shaped white-pink flowers in the spring. Foliage consists of mid-green ovate leaves which change to an orange-red in the autumn, providing bright Autumn colour. Vaccinium Goldtraube will grow well when planted in moist, well-drained, acidic soils. Keep in full sun or partial shade. If growing in containers ericaceous is advised.
