The soft feel comfort grip handle is designed to help spread the weight of the user evenly through the hand, which in turn prevents pressure points and soreness or aches in the hand and wrist. The crutch is fitted with the uniquely designed Flexyfoot ferrule for additional comfort and safety. The Flexyfoots flexible bellow acts as a shock absorber to reduce jarring in the wrist, arm and shoulder joints. The slightly flexible design of the Flexyfoot, and the hardwearing nature of its foot tread combine to give the user up to 50% more grip than a traditional ferrule, ensuring full contact with the ground at all times for maximum safety. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer.
