Our Shepherd's Crook range features a delicate and traditional design that's only achievable through the skills of our master Blacksmiths.Designed to fit casement windows and to match the products in our Shepherd's Crook range.Our handmade fasteners are forged from mild steel, giving them unrivalled strength and an abundance of character.Features a reversible design and includes a mortice plate. Hook plates are available separately (product code 33237).Suitable for use with weather-stripped windows.Supplied with matching SS wood screws.Beeswax is our most authentic finish for steel. After forging, these products are dipped into hot beeswax which allows them to retain their original colours ranging from blue to deep ochre. All our Beeswax ironmongery offers a subtle matt richness and is a more natural, and far softer, alternative to a black powder coated finish. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
