DELICIOUSLY FRUITY SLOE GIN FROM IRELAND – Boatyard Sloe Boat Gin has been developed and distilled by the Boatyard team in Co. Fermanagh, Ireland and is made by steeping wild-grown, handpicked sloe berries for six months in a bespoke gin. 420 grams of Sloe berries are used per bottle produced, ensuring a rich, intense and completely natural flavour. SWEET PLUM, CASSIS AND DRY JUNIPER – The sloe gin has notes of juicy plum and cassis, hints of honey and almond and tartness from the sloe berries. The natural sweetness of the sloes mean that only a small amount of organic, unrefined sugar is added. SIX MONTH MACERATION TIME – Boatyard Sloe Boat Gin production is meticulous and the sloes are first frozen which allows the Ideal-strength, juniper-heavy gin to penetrate and absorb all the juicy flavours. During the maceration, extraction of all the delicious sloe flavour occurs, and after 8-12 weeks almond flavours start to develop. Filtration is minimal ensuring maximum flavour. Refunds
