FLAGSHIP GIN- The Assay London Dry Gin is our premium product. This Gin offers a sweet and spicy attack with juniper notes, a refined roundness and a juicy length with lemony flavours. It is made with 18 Botanicals, including sweet orange peel, lemon peel, liquorice and loads of juniper NOTES- The first whiff is mixed citrus peels, lemon and orange with zesty junipers. It has underlying savoury notes to balance out the citrus—the final taste of peppers to blend it all TASTE- The taste is very dry, with mint and spice notes that fade, leaving the juniper and citrus flavour behind. Our signature syrup coats the tongue, and at first, the spicy flavours take a back seat, and the liquorice root and peppercorns create a savoury mint note OUR STORY Our passion, our distillery, gained permission from the Sheffield Assay Master to use the ‘Assay’ name & the Sheffield Assay Mark, bringing the ‘Mark of Quality’ to the brand. Our Gin & Vodka is made onsite at The Commercial Inn, Chapeltown, in a custom-built distillery in the pub’s beer garden. The expressions are slowly distilled in hand hammered Copper Pot to produce a clean product with an exquisite & unique syrupy mouthfeel. All our bottles are hand-labelled, corked & wax-dipped to create an authentic craft finish to the product SHEFFIELD DISTILLERY EST.2017 Sheffield Distillery is the inspiration of five keen spirit lovers from Sheffield, who, whilst attending the many spirit tastings at The Commercial Inn, decided to make spirits properly, by hand, using smell, taste, sight, intuition, knowledge & passion

Refunds
