ASSAY TASTING SET- This tasting set includes our Assay London dry Gin, which is our premium product. This set also contains our subtle vodka, which is slowly distilled in copper pots vodka with balanced bitterness, clean and crisp notes GIN-The first whiff is mixed citrus peels,lemon and orange with zesty junipers. It has underlying savoury notes to balance out the citrus—the final taste of peppers to blend it all VODKA-Subtle, complex flavour with herbs, mint, cocoa butter and balanced bitterness. Our Vodka is distilled in copper pots with purified water and unfiltered to preserve the texture and flavour OUR STORY Our passion, our distillery, gained permission from the Sheffield Assay Master to use the ‘Assay’ name & the Sheffield Assay Mark, bringing the ‘Mark of Quality’ to the brand. Our Gin & Vodka is made onsite at The Commercial Inn, Chapeltown, in a custom-built distillery in the pub’s beer garden. The expressions are slowly distilled in hand hammered Copper Pot to produce a clean product with an exquisite & unique syrupy mouthfeel. Refunds
