That's right - 100% of our range is recyclable, biodegradable or compostable. This includes the glue, inks and stickers, as well as the tape, pallet wrap, and everything that we use for packaging and distribution. It's been a mammoth task and we are super proud of what we've achieved. In fact, we believe we're the first chocolate company in the UK to be able to make this claim on our entire range and across all packing materials.All our packaging is now only sourced from the UK and Europe, despite cheaper sources being available from countries further away. This supports our drive to become carbon neutral.All of our products are made by us in our factory by the sea in sunny West Sussex!We do not, and will never, use palm oil in our products. We know others use it because it's much cheaper than cocoa butter but we will never compromise on quality or taste. Over 50% of our range is vegan and all of our products are free from Gluten, GM, Colourings & Preservatives.We do everything in our power to minimise our impact on the environment. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
