Pranarom Camphor rosemary essential oil has many phytopharmaceutical virtues, but it is also an herb that can be used in many recipes and is a honey plant ( rosemary honey is highly appreciated ). Also, it is often used in perfumery. Rosemary, Rosmarinus officinalis, is a shrub of the Lamiaceae family that grows wild throughout the Mediterranean. Its Latin name means "rose of the sea" because it grows spontaneously by the sea, but according to evangelical tradition "rosemary" means "rose of Mary" ("Rosemary" in English). One of its properties is that it is capable of calming any type of discomfort. Camphor oil treats and calms muscle problems, tensions and contractures. It is recommended to take 2 drops on a neutral support 3 times a day. Maximum daily dose 190 mg. Use tips: In case of muscle cramps, apply 2 drops of camphor rosemary essential oil + 2 drops of Gaultheria essential oil + 10 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil on the affected area. It cannot be used in case of high blood pressure or epilepsy. Keep out of reach of small children. It is advisable to follow a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended dose. Except for expert opinion, it should not be used during pregnancy, lactation, or in children under 3 years of age. Keep away from heat and light.
