Specific Heart andamp; Kidney Support is a complete food dogs with heart and kidney problems. It has been specially formulated to be fed to dogs with heart failure (with concurrent kidney failure), hypertension, oedema, chronic renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency (except patients with cholestasis), urate, oxalate or cystine urolithiasis. This food contains high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids which help to slow down kidney failure. EPA will help dogs with heart disease as it helps to counteract cachexia, improves arrhythmia and reduces hypertension and platelet aggregation. The food also has reduced sodium levels which will help to prevent water retention, which is dangerous for dogs with heart, kidney or liver problems. It also has reduced protein levels and an alkaline PH which will help to prevent hyperammonaemia in dogs with liver failure and reduce azotemia in dogs with renal failure. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
