The flowers open in the evening, emitting an intense, beautiful scent, and close in the morning. For proper growth and abundant flowering, it needs a sunny position and fertile, humus-rich, moderately moist soil.. Maciejka seeds are sown directly into the ground or into containers in April or May. It does not tolerate transplanting well, so it should be sown immediately in the target place. Maciejka does not repeat flowering. Therefore, to enjoy the scent of Maciejka all summer long, it is worth sowing the plant at two-week intervals. Maciejka seeds are sown in rows approximately 30 cm apart. It is best to grow maciejka near places where we often spend time in the evenings (on terraces, gazebos and relaxation areas), to enjoy its beautiful scent. Perfect for growing in containers placed on balconies or terraces. Since the appearance of Maciejka is not attractive, it is worth planting it in compositions with more decorative plants (except for species with intense odors).
