With plant-based proteins In 100 g ready-to-consume product (prepared with sunflower oil): 239 kcal energy, 7,9 g protein, 16 g carbohydrate, 16 g fat Quick and easy to prepare, Source of fibre Palm oil free, With no added sugar*, Gluten-free** (*Contains naturally occurring sugars. **Gluten-free according to EU regulation.) Preheat the oven to 200°C for upper and lower heat (or gas oven) or 190°C for fan oven. In a bowl, mix 1 serving(120g=8 heaped tablespoons) baking mix with 160ml(18 tablespoons) water and 25g(4 tablespoons) sunflower oil with a hand whisk until smooth. Pour the mass into an approx. 12x14 cm silicone baking tin or oiled baking tray, then bake it for 40 minutes for conventional heat and 25 minutes using fan oven. After that rest the prepared product for 10-15 minutes, and then cut it into pieces. Instead of sunflower oil may also be prepared with 30 g coconut oil.

Refunds
