Northern Light - Butterfly Perforated Wall Lamp Brass

Butterfly Perforated Wall Lamp Brass is a little light fixture designed for Arnold Wiigs Fabrikker in 1964. It was later manufactured by Høvik Lys, also in Norway. After being out of production for a few decades, Northern decided to re-launch this Norwegian treasure in 2008. The uniqueness of the lamp, in combination with the simple shape and special construction, allows it to create a distinctive light. Butterfly offers more than just light – it creates a warm atmosphere. It looks simple and elegant on its own, but can also be combined with other versions to create an interesting effect. “Butterfly” a shining philosophy around white wings Woven into a connecting body a brightness that melts into the eye glittering without glitter Flying without flight Living without life Just as plain and simple as that Simple simplicity -- designer Sven I. Dysthe
