Rogan Josh
A fruity curry blend of garlic, cinnamon, coriander, paprika, chilli, salt, cardamom, ginger and cumin. This powder works well as a marinade, a baked curry or a pot curry. Keep a pot of this powder if you want a deeply flavoured seasoning for meats and soya. Cook with yoghurt and plum tomatoes. You will need:
2 tablespoons oil
2 red onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Nature Kitchen Rogan Josh Spice Blend
1 tsp tomato puree
1 small Chicken
200ml (7oz) water
4 tomatoes, quartered
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt to season

Refunds
