KVEIK ALE YEAST(SIGMUND'S VOSS FARMHOUSE ALE)
Hi & thanks for visiting us here at Crossmyloof Brew. We\u2019ve been given this Norwegian Farmhouse Ale yeast (Voss strain) to try and we love it!Â
Every pack has enough viable yeast to brew up to 23L (5 Gallons) of your lovingly brewed beer. The yeast is a dried yeast, not an isolate & the packs have long best before dates.
Kveik means yeast in Norwegian. This particular strain comes from the Voss region of Norway. Sigmund's Voss ferments between 25-40\u00B0C (77-104\u00B0F) with the best temperature up at 35-40\u00B0C (95-104\u00B0F). A fast fermentation is achieved within the optimal temperature range with full attenuation typically achieved within 2-3 days. The flavour profile is consistent across the entire temperature range, i.e. neutral with subtle fruity notes of orange and citrus.Â

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
