Brioni Eau de Parfum Essentiel is a true modern fragrance of 100% natural origin, the essence of elegance, a scent that is powerful, unexpected and reassuring. As we live in a more and more challenging environment, where health and wellness are also very important issues, being transparent and protecting our planet whilst still offering high quality perfumes is one of the brand's highest priorities. Vegan, cruelty-free and free from artificial colouring, master perfumer Michel Almairac used only the highest quality ingredients that are environmentally and socially responsible to create a fragrance that has a 'living' signature where natural raw materials have a trail that evolves much more over time than synthetic materials. The alcohol used is also natural, vegan and manufactured in France from agricultural ingredients such as beetroot and wheat. An intriguingly green opening of Bergamot, Cardamom and Tomato Leaves gives way to a heart of earthy Patchouli and a Tonka Bean speciality, which is a Brioni exclusive based on Tonka Bean with a woody aspect. An enveloping dry-down of Incense, Amber and creamy Sandalwood rounds out this Aromatic-Woody-Ambery eau de parfum that is presented in a bottle which reprises the streamlined, square-shouldered silhouette of the house's signature fragrance line. The bottle is adorned with a satin label, inspired by the ones sewn inside Brioni bespoke suits, hemmed by a golden cross-stitching motif. The magnetic cap is engraved with a B, as is the top of the golden pump spray. Made in Italy by Bormioli Luigi, a prestigious glassmaker committed to sustainable manufacturing techniques, the bottle is recyclable and made of 15% PCR (post-consumer recycled) glass. The production process ensures that no glass is wasted and that the water is entirely cleaned after use. The raw materials used to decorate the bottle are water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. The satin-finish box is recyclable and has obtained FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification.
