SOAVE CLASSICO DOC - Soave wine is named after the homonymous town founded by the Lombards, also known as Suaves. The indication âClassicoâ is a privilege of Soave produced in the âclassicalâ, original, most ancient area, i.e. the hills of Soave and Monteforte. BOUQUET - This is a brilliant, straw yellow colour with a fruity bouquet. It has delicate, fruity notes such as apple and citrus fruits, with interesting hints of white flowers and sage. TASTE - The taste is harmonic, pleasant and elegant. It is characterised by acidity and by a note of almond which are typical of this vine. HOW TO ENJOY - Soave wine is pleasant as an aperitif and pairs particularly well with starters, soups, vegetable-based courses, risotto, eggs, fish, snail dishes and white meat with delicate sauces. BOTTEGA - Bottega has a history of four centuries in the world of wine and grappa. Since the 17th century, when our ancestors cultivated the vine as tenant farmers, up to now, with Bottega grappa and liquors being appreciated all over the world.

Refunds
